Wer kauft meinen Tantal Schrott - Buss & Buss Spezialmetalle

“Who buys my tantalum scrap?” – We, Buss & Buss Spezialmetalle GmbH, from Northern Germany

We can answer your search fo the question “Who buys my tantalum scrap?”. We think you are looking for a suitable industrial partner for tantalum scrap and have found it with us, Buss & Buss Spezialmetalle GmbH.

We have been active in special metal recycling for more than 25 years, buying metal scrap and metal-bearing scrap throughout Germany, Europe, and the world, in order to recover from it the special and specialty metals that have already been processed. But why do we buy tantalum scrap and recycle the metals such as tantalum, rhenium, niobium, gallium, and hafnium?

Tantalum scrap – We recover pure metals from scrap metal

Special metals – such as tantalum – are in high demand in a wide variety of sectors and industries due to their properties such as above-average hardness, low weight, resistance to liquids, acids or temperatures, and exceptional conductivity. These metals are also very rare and can only be mined with complex, energy-intensive processes. Therefore, we have made it our business to purchase and recycle tantalum scrap as well as scrap containing tantalum. For this reason, we have optimized processes and developed new mechanical, thermal and chemical processes to extract the metals and provide our customers with products in almost 99.9% pure form for further processing at the end of the process chain. We thus close the value chain and return already mined material to the raw material cycle. Tantalum scrap recycling has the effect of conserving resources on the one hand and minimizing the amount of scrap that accumulates on the other. At the same time, we protect the flora and fauna within the mining areas, reduce the carbon footprint in the specialty metal mining sector and also maintain the economic competitiveness of our customers.
